Accounting & Bookkeeping

Budgeting & Forecasting

A budget is a decision about where the business goes next year. We build driver-based budgets and rolling forecasts that survive contact with reality.

Overview

We build budgets from the operational drivers — headcount, capacity, pipeline, pricing — rather than last year plus ten percent. The model flexes: change an assumption and the P&L, cash flow and covenants update with it.

Through the year we maintain rolling forecasts and 13-week cash models, so reforecasting is a routine, not a crisis project.

Why it matters

Every ledger maintained to international standards — ready for VAT, corporate tax and audit. Engagements are scoped by a senior adviser, priced as a fixed fee before work begins, and delivered by the same team that answers when you call.

FAQ

Common Questions

When should budgeting start?

For a January year start, model-building begins in October — assumptions gathered in November, approval in December. We run that calendar for you.

What do lenders expect to see?

UAE banks increasingly ask for driver-based projections with clearly stated assumptions and downside cases — exactly the format we build.

How are your fees structured for budgeting & forecasting?

Every engagement is a fixed fee agreed in writing before work begins — scoped by a senior adviser after a short, free review of your situation. No hourly billing, no surprises, and the quote itself is free.

Which accounting software do you work with?

Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally and most major ERPs. We work inside your existing system where possible — and recommend a migration only when the business case is clear.

Will our books be IFRS-compliant and audit-ready?

Yes. Books are maintained to IFRS standards with monthly reconciliations, so an external audit, a bank request or an FTA query never turns into a clean-up project.

Can you fix a backlog before taking over the monthly work?

Yes — backlog reconstruction is a common first phase. We rebuild the ledgers from bank statements and source documents, reconcile everything, then move you onto a clean monthly rhythm.
