Senior Fullstack Developer

A Full Stack Developer is a skilled technical professional with 3-5 years of experience in Laravel or Node.js, responsible for developing both front-end and back-end functionalities. They design, build, and maintain scalable web applications, ensuring seamless performance, security, and user experience while aligning with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end web applications, from architecture design to deployment.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to define and implement technical solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable back-end systems using Laravel or Node.js.
• Design and develop dynamic front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React.js, or Angular).
• Ensure optimal database performance and security using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Mentor and assist junior developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
• Participate in technical brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Present development progress to stakeholders and gather feedback for improvements.
• Develop well-documented APIs and integrate third-party services for enhanced functionality.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality and bug-free applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless code deployment and version control.
• Suggest improvements and optimizations that align with the company’s overall strategy.
• Contribute to and maintain internal coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in web development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience developing full-stack web applications using Laravel or Node.js.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web applications and backend development expertise.
• Experience in developing and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
